About the event
Your participation as an Annual Seminar sponsor or exhibitor will include the following benefits:
- EXHIBITOR receives one six (6)-foot table and one (1)-110v outlet (10 amps). Exhibitor registration includes one attendee registration.
- GOLD SPONSORS will have the opportunity to provide a 3-minute pre-recorded video or live presentation during the seminar break as well as significant branding presence.
- LANYARD SPONSOR will have its logo displayed on the lanyard (to be provided by the Lanyard Sponsor). The cost of the lanyards is not included in the fee.
- STANDARD SPONSORS (and Gold, Lanyard, and Networking Sponsors) will receive space for a 16:9 Powerpoint Slide Advertisement: A slide show presentation of Sponsor advertisements will be displayed during select times of the seminar(e.g. initial start-up, breaks, etc.).Logos will be displayed in event advertising to include social media as appropriate (LinkedIn).
- SOCIAL NETWORKING EVENT SPONSORS will have the opportunity to set up a table with company swag at the social event.
- RAFFLE PRIZE SPONSORS will donate a raffle prize and receive extra recognition at the raffle drawing at the Social Networking events!
